Sheik Buys Crack...AND MORE

Sheik's buying drugs makes the internet. What do you think about this being filmed? It's not like it's being filmed for A&E Intervention, you know. This is strictly for the profit of the person who is filming it. It's pretty sad, but what can you do other than wince and say, "well, I hope that I'm not as fucked up when I'm in my late sixties". Sheik gets Eric Simms to call his friendly drug dealer in New Jersey. The guy doesn't want to come to their shitty hotel room, but Eric refuses to drive and pick it up. Sheik has a 100 dollars that he wants to spend on crack and marijuana. Damn, 40 dollars of weed for a week is good enough for me, but Sheik's habit appears to be rather excessive and expensive. Oh well! Eric tells Sheik to be quiet while he tries to reason with the dealer. The drug dealer hangs up in the end after Sheik starts ranting and raving after he hears that he won't get his drugs tonight.

This is the meeting between Hulk and Sheik a few months ago. Everything's going great and Hogan says he wants Sheik's number. Of course, Hogan being Hogan, he doesn't call back our hero which is some bullshit. I know there are a lot of Hogan lovers out there, but damn, your man is real shady. He can't even call the legend!? Ridiculous. Sheik's jacket is awesome, but can't someone tell him that dirty Atlanta Olympics winter cap looks horrible? Where's Tim Gunn to give Sheik some fashion advice?

I downloaded this a couple days ago and it's pretty good. I like his first album better, but Kanye has some good beats here. Just delete the songs with that faggot Mos Def and the lead singer of Coldplay. I like Coldplay but if it's gonna be him and Kanye, then it is just too much faggotry for one track. Otherwise, everything's just pretty good.

I Hate Morons, I Love Wu-Tang

Great news! One link from a highly-read wrestling website brought, like, five times as many visitors over the span of the last few hours of Monday night than I usually get all day. I cried many tears of joy throughout the night, knowing full well that all my hard-work throughout the years trolling messageboards, frantically scribbling on my desk in High School Spanish and repeatedly playing Wu-Tang Clan's "Bring The Ruckus" while strolling into my Business Journalism finally paid off for me.

Regardless, it shows that there's at least some weird interest in this blog, so I can either gloat and eat myself to death like Marlon Brando or continue on my merry way and hopefully use this blog to fatten my wallet. Retiring early is a huge priority for me, so if you click on that little blue box on the bottom left hand corner a million times, I'll mail you my VHS copy of "The Best of Christopher Daniels in Japan". Or, better yet, my VHS copy of "SLC Punk". C'mon, you know you want to see Matthew Lillard's crowning achievement.

I'm still chargin' you for shipping and handling, damn it. I've already assured my future offspring that it will live in luxury.

Right, the Iron Sheik; the star of this blog. He wrestles Butch Reed here for probably Fritz Von Erich's World Class Championship Wrestling. It's the last 4 and a half minutes of wrestling, but it shows how really simple wrestling was back in the day. Now, every false finish has to include some ridiculous move that would have been a finisher 10 years ago.

The style back then seems to connect to the audience more than it does now. Of course, fans believed that it was real. But I think if you let fans see things in a slower pace, then it's more appreciated. That's why I'll never be a fan of these miniature Japanese men doing seventeen moves in two minutes. Or whatever these Ring of Honor dudes are doing these days.

Yeah, I know I'm just talking out of my ass here, but all I know is the wrestling I grew up with really makes today's wrestling look like crap. My old man rant is over and you can all think that I'm a dinosaur now. Just know that "Dinosaurs" was one of my favorite shows before you stare lovingly at that Harry Potter poster taped on your bedroom ceiling, jackass.

Apologies and Reviews!

I'd like to first apologize for not doing an update for the zero people that puruse this, but if you do, then, uh, yeah, sorry. I decided to do other things like eat dinner and watch shitty ECW. I know that's not a valid excuse, but this blog is not about validity, sorry.

So because I am feeling sad (or just fucking weird), I'm gonna comment on two videos. Why? Because this is a labor of love. Or just a labor. I don't get paid for this, but I am paying the price. The price of seeing Sheiky Baby's phrases dance through my brain during random and awkward moments.

The Iron Sheik bitches more about Hulk Hogan and how he loves the crack. And also that he was involved with Mr. Pat Patterson. But in what way was he involved with Patterson? Maybe they had investments? Maybe they had a secret poker game with Barry O, Barry Windham and Barry Horowitz??? Dan Mirade seems rather composed throughout all of this ranting. Sheik seems really bitter about not getting a long reign, but at least he got to defend his belt against Tito Santana. Even if Tito was "better than nothing".

Sheik rants on Andre here! He says he has no respect for that big man. I've heard that Andre used to really rough up Sheik in the ring. Like unprofessionally. Who really knows why? The claim that Andre was mean to his fans when he was a babyface might be something that needs to be looked into on andrethegiantyoutubereview.blogspot.com, which may not exist. However, the claim that he gives his autographs for free may be debatable. I bought some autographs from our favorite short-term WWF heavyweight champion of the world for $20. I probably should have invoked the MWF Dan Miloni Shoot Discount, but who knows if that would have been enough. I did see him give a free glossy to a disabled individual, so I don't doubt that he can be a good dude.

SHEIKY VALUE: This was all great. Your grandchildren will remember this. Maybe not your wife, though.
